First time using this pharmacy and I can fault absolutely nothing. Staff are well mannered and polite and I only had to wait 5 minutes for my prescription.

Apaulding service. They daudle about no rush in the staff what so ever - they might not realise other people have stuff to do other than waiting for a prescription for half an hour. The staff speak to you like your thick. Even the way they talk is slow. Went in gave them my name as my prescription was sent over electronically hours before I went to pick it up - you’d think hours later it should be ready. Waited 5 minutes - yes 5 minutes isn’t bad but I was needing to get back to work so I asked how long left as I need to go back to work the staff’s reply was it’s just getting ladeled up 15 minutes later 15!!! There was still no sign of my medication, no apologies for the wait or anything at this point I’m late for work so I then had to leave to go to work without my medication. I had to wait a total of 20 minutes, I’ve never had to wait that long in a pharmacy ever before. Do not recommend going to this pharmacy even if your life depended on it literally!! Shocked from the unurgency from Lloyd’s phamacy’s Staff. Never again.

Always have to wait for prescription to be made up

 - even for repeats that they have ordered or sent through from doctors 2 days earlier.

Slowest serving pharmacy in town, 50mins is my usual wait for a single item...to add insult to injury, they’ve had my prescription a week telling me each day when I phone that my items aren’t in, today they tell me they won’t be getting them in at all anymore and I have to get a new prescription and go to a different pharmacy....won’t be going back there for sure.
