Excellent service staff very helpful

Staff take ages to serve you one person on the counter seven people were waiting last time I went in to get a prescription for my daughter if I it wasn't for the fact it was for my daughter I wouldn't of bothered no one was serving at one point when one woman asked is any one going to serve woman behind counter said you'll have to wait   bet the smack heads that go don't have to wait for their methadone won't be going back thier as they could all do with a course on customer care

The best chemist I have been in the staff are great  do what they can for you  very helpful   5 stars from me

Waited 2 weeks for prescription then I was short on one medication use to be a good pharmacy once why do the staff change so much

They do there best to meet your needs and they are very friendly, your not sat waiting for a long time and if there is a problem they explain,  they are a very friendly bunch

Very good service and nice staff

Prescriptions sent electronically from my GP are left for days un-actioned & when I telephone they repeatedly hang up. I am a diabetic & they put my life in jeopardy.
