I found this shop 15 years ago via Time-Out’s recommendation, and have been going there for shoe repair ever since. Over the year I have brought them a lot of designer shoes’ to be re-soled/ heeled, and they have always done a good job. During COVID I haven’t had a chance to use their service, but as I start to bring in shoes again I was surprised to see that they didn’t increase their price. Happy
Absolutely lovely owner! I went today to ask if he could add some extra holes into the strap of my leather bag to lengthen it. It was done within minutes. His prices were also very reasonable :
Couldn’t rate these guys highly enough. They did such a fantastic job on my walking boots which got maimed by foxes and it was quite a technical request where they had to remake both tongues and stitch them back to the boot. Incredible job, these were my fav boots and I’m so happy they are able to have a new lease of life!
A gem of a place, great for even the toughest of repairs! Used their services several times and never been disappointed.
Excellent experience at Well Heeled London. A true gem on Bethnal Green Road! The owner goes above and beyond. I asked for my boots to be simply reheeled and he polished them too and at no extra charge! They are kind, professional and do an excellent job. Highly recommended!
I just cut over 15 keys today and they were perfect. My family has been using this company for over 10 years now and we always get quality keys. There are a few other local key cutting shops we used to use and the keys would always catch or not be profiled right. But not this place! It is highly recommended you do not get a copy made from a copy - but sometimes you just need to and this place does it right.
Fantastic service - quick and very reasonably priced. My favourite boots have been rescued and are like new. Thank you!
They're great guys, always trying to find the best solution for you. They just fixed my winter boots and the result was better than expected. Fair prices as well. Thoroughly recommended.
This place is excellent and such good value for money! Had two pairs of shoes repaired here and they did a really good job. My partner was about to throw the shoes away and now they are like new- new outer soles and inner soles and fixed the stitching. It was also very well priced!
Very sweet man at the shop helped copy a bunch of keys and they are all different types and all worked smoothly! Highly recommend!!!
