Great family place to stay. Been going since 2001 so all 4 of our children have experienced it. So close to the beach in Dawlish Warren. The caravans are clean and tidy and offer a pleasant stay. The park could do with an update in the clubhouse as its still the sane from when we went day 1. But keeping it the same seems to suit so not a big deal. The pool is lovely, it is like stepping in to a very warm bath which is great on rainy cool days. All in all a great place to holiday.

The park is tidy and generally well maintained with lots to do for the family. The kids love the swimming pools, parks and crazy golf. The evening entertainment is, probably, the best of any holiday park we've stayed at. My only complaint is that the food onsite is very expensive and there isn't a great deal of alternatives, in terms of quality food, nearby.

Caravans and lodges are nice with good on-site facilities. Staff were pleasant and helpful. However, it would be nice if they allowed an earlier check-in and the drainage system was partially blocked while we were there.

Great park with lovely pools and great entertainment. In walking distance to the beach. always helpful staff and security guys .see you very soon. can't wait !

Have stayed at this site several times, and have stayed in a pet friendly caravan. Until now, always been overjoyed with my stay. I arrived Monday, opened the Caravan door, the stench hit me, the people before me, obviously had a smelly dog. I immediately went out for air freshener and Candle. Opened all windows. Now Wednesday, the smell is still disgusting. The Caravan is very dated, settee uncomfortable, the coverings have been replaced, mix and match materials. No one even came around on my arrival, to check if all ok, as up to this day, I have always had somebody come around to knock on the door, to see if everything ok. I will not be staying here again! not happy with the caravan. The site is clean and tidy, and close to the sea front.
