You get what you pay for I suppose. Accommodation basic. Beds and seating very uncomfortable. Evening entertainment rubbish. Bingo is linked up to other camps in the area so there is no personal touch to it. Bar very expensive. Swimming pool nice and warm.

Lots of lovely caravans here, unfortunately there is a few rows of chalets that are in bad condition. Also some smaller older caravans that need replacing with newer models. Apart from that the site is large and well laid out and the amenities worked well too.

Golden Sands Holiday Park offers value for money at the price point. (Apartment) Accommodation is basic and a little in need of a deep clean in places. Good shower and plenty of hot water when needed. The beds are small, reasonably comfy and have fresh bedding on for your stay. Hob, oven, microwave kettle and a few essential pans, crockery and utensils. Very large site therefore could be a a fairly long walk to the beach depending where you are on site. Shop, launderette, swimming pool, restaurant, bar and entertainment on site. Sainsburys a few minutes walk away and other local shops and pubs near the sea front. Have stayed here before whilst working in the area and would stay again in the future. Staff have always been polite and helpful.

Caravan has been very well looked after, it even had central heating. The indoor pool is just right for younger families, as it's quite small. But still good.

Very nice place to visit with the family. Golden Sands is a very popular destination with all our customers in which we get a lot of bookings during the summer holidays.
