Took my wife's iPad in after the charging cable broke off in the charging port. The guy took it and had it fixed within 3 minutes! Handed it back to me and I asked how much to pay. He told me it's free for that type of service! Just earned every bit of any future service I need. Thanks!

I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this location for any & all your repair needs. I took my phone in with a small crack to the screen. The price was under fellow competitors & they gave me a discount for being with AT&T. When I arrived to pick up my phone the store manager informed me during the repair something happened to my home button and it no longer worked. I was a bit nervous because I have dealt with some pretty bad repair shops around the area. I figured they would either not accept fault or send of for a refurbished replacement. To my surprise that’s not what happened the owner wrote me a check for the full cost to replace my phone at the AT&T store. The owner & manager were super nice & apologized several times. I will NEVER take ANY of my devices anywhere else!! Thank you for making a bad situation right for the customer !!!!
I made an appointment online and when I made it to the store, I was promptly assisted. The tech explained what he was going to do and said he would call me when the repair was complete. I received a call within the hour and was able to pick up and pay without any issues. It was great service and a speedy repair.

Neil Mallard & Drew Bergmann are absolutely fantastic every time I go into that store. They are professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. It is ALWAYS a pleasure doing business with them as they take excellent care of their customers.
My experience there was great ! It was my first there and I was greeted with a smile . Drop off my repair & was back less then 45 minutes to pick it up . Awesome service . I will definitely be back again and I will make sure I tell my friends to come here .
Fabulous experience! They did a great job replacing the screen on an iphone 6s. Fast work and very nice.
I made an appointment to have a iphone 6 battery replaced and was in and out with in 20 minutes, it works great.
