Never use this shop.They took my son's phone to replace a cracked screen. They broke the home button when trying to replace the screen, replaced the original cracked screen and returned it to us, saying that they couldn't fix it and we would need to go to Apple. Apple won't touch a phone that has been opened previously by a non-Apple technician. I was in the shop for 2 hours trying to get some resolution...I now have a phone that is totally useless and not possible to mend. The shop offered no compensation. The owner said that the police would be called if I didn't leave, which I welcomed. Instead, the owner then left the shop, saying that I 'would be removed'. My 76 yr old mum and I were very intimidated - mum saying that she was scared about who was being fetched to 'remove' us. So, we left. The owner said that I should sue if I wasn't happy. I'm so cross and upset by this experience that this is just what I intend to do. If I could have posted this with zero star rating, I would have.

The man in the store was very unhelpful and he claimed he would call me the day I handed it in however 10 days later I had to go in and ask myself because he was ignoring my calls. The problem with my iPad was that it would not charge, the owner did not fix it and must have taken out the battery and charged it externally without fixing the problem. I know have an iPad with a charging problem still and I am £20 down. I would definitely not recommend this rubbish shop.

ABSOLUTELY AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Paid £40 to replace my 5s iPhone screen. After one day my touchscreen would freeze and it was near impossible to use! I called him and he said he didn't have another screen in store (very unlikely) and would call me when he had in stock. Never heard anything from him and called again a week later to be fobbed off again. In the end I went somewhere else who was appalled by his work!! He had left filings underneath my screen, hadn't even replaced the 2 screws at the bottom of the screen and other parts were missing underneath. And the screen he had used wasn't a good make at all hence all the problems. Since going somewhere else in Mansfield and paying another £50 I now have a fully working phone with no problems. Don't make the same mistake I made!!!

Took in a Galaxy Tablet that would not switch on and left it for a couple of hours. It was all fixed when I called back. Will definitely use again. Excellent service!
