Never have anything in stock. Have to wait for it to be delivered to store. Ordered 2 items with next day delivery, never got an email to say its arrived. Went 2 days later to be told its not in yet come back when I get the email. Phoned up on the main contact number to be told it had arrived at the store the day after ordering.... so another trip to the store... eventually got my items and was told it was "system error"... Not the first issue ive had with them. Can honestly say I'll never use Curry's again
Bought headphones online as said they would be in store for Saturday....great as need them for work Monday. Go in Sunday and guess what...not it, not been delivered. Well where was the update or email? Now it's Sunday afternoon and I'll have to buy another set for Monday which are more pricey. Thanks Currys....I'll take my business elsewhere. Whilst waiting looked at several tablets for kids Xmas box....why have on display when non in stock at all and can't get them in. Off to Argos
Called on 27.10.22 for a dashcam cable that needed to be a slim fit due to the rather peculiar design of the dashcam itself. Was approached by Sandy to ask if she could help, incredibly friendly and helpful lady who not only found the correct cable but checked it would fit then took me to the counter to complete the transaction. She’s a credit to the store and not sure if Curry’s management read these reviews but she was excellent!
Great customer service at the manifest store. Donna offered us a great customer service with lots of support and information needed to purchase our new laptops. Overall, our purchase experience was wonderful . Thanks Donna

Brilliant experience this evening at Curry’s Pc World Mansfield. Roger was extremely helpful and patience with me as I couldn’t decide on a laptop. 5 star service tonight, friendly team. Nothing too much trouble
It's not hard to understand why actual shops are going under when their staff are beyond rude and the items they have on sale are always out of stock. We went home and ordered from a different retailer online and will never be using Currys again.
Awful customer services, we picked about 3 different washing machines but the computer "said no", then after we chose a different washing machine, the assistant said their internet was down, really...? A high street store that is also affiliated with selling tech can't even manage their internet? A likely story if you ask me! Absolutely disgusting!
Sorry but Currys in general has lost the plot. I cant remember the last time I ordered something online that actually made it to the store. Only get 3 stars instead of 1 as the staff in this store are as helpful as possible.
