Polite staff but no enough of them. Queue to pay is often ridiculous. Also, why put a cycle shop upstairs?  I can't carry my bike up there to be fixed, not that I would anyway, they're expensive and only replace parts, rather than trying to fix them, which is what cycle mechanics actually should do... these guys are called technicians because they have no mechanical knowledge of how bikes work (hence not cycle mechanics), instead they simply know how to fit new bits..... either that or they do know but Halfords won't let them spend the time; but either way it results in a sub-standard offering.

Disgusting and terrible customer service especially the woman with the glasses and dark shoulder length hair who says half heartedly one minute she doesn't know much about a particular product then lies through her teeth making up excuses next minute sating she knows all about that product just to try & belittle the customer to cover her own back,absolutely pathetic! Staff here we've encountered are extremely,unhelpful,unprofessional, rude, untrained,  think they're right & the customer is wrong. In agreeance with other reviews on here,long Queues and they're pretty much useless! Don't recommend them! Go elsewhere!

Visited Halfords Mansfield yesterday to get a new headlight fitted. 

What brilliant service. 

Could see when I pulled into the car park that a lot of their technicians were busy so expected a wait. The lady behind the counter advised 15 mins, no problem for me as it needs sorting. Turns out I waited 5 mins, the young gentleman replaced the bulb in no time and was on my way within 20 mins in total. 

No faff, really pleasant guy who sorted it and a satisfied customer on their way again. 

Would definitely recommend.

Went in for rear wiper blade for audi and walked to its location by friendly and keen to help member of staff purchased halfords own make as I can be assured of the quality fitted easily myself but if I could not have managed it is would have opted for their fitting service
