We visited on a Thursday hoping it wouldn't be too busy and we were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by Alice in a lovely friendly way which instantly put us at ease. Great consultation at the start resulting in a good pick of beautiful dresses. We weren't rushed in any way, we were offered a drink & made to feel valued as customers. Great friendly service, would totally recommend them.

Such a special experience with the most friendly and patient staff, had a lovely lady called Alice help me find the dress of my dreams! After so many disappointing and pushy experiences in many other bridal shops, it was a relief that finally Wed2B provided such a special and supportive experience. This is how finding your perfect dress is meant to feel, in just three visits I found a beautiful unique and perfectly fitting dress. The sizes of the dresses are true, the quality of the dresses are incredible and the prices are so affordable. No 12 month waiting times I walked away with my dress the day after I found it. A friend recommended this shop for good, ready to wear bridal dresses. I went along with fairly low expectations and was really very pleasantly surprised. From the minute we walked in Georgia was friendly and helpful describing how the shop worked, that the dresses were designed and made specifically for them.  My daughter tried on several dresses and they were all beautiful, despite being much cheaper than other places we have been to we came away with two strong contenders. All we have to do now is decide. Thanks Georgia for making it a great experience.

I had the best experience finding my amazing wedding dress. I was a little apprehensive about the whole process before arriving but once I was inside I was made to feel so relaxed and the whole experience was great. The biggest of thanks to Ella who was absolutely fantastic! She was great to chat with, knew exactly what types of dresses to try and had ideas on styling over and above just the dress. I couldn't fault anything about the experience! Thanks so much to Ella and the team! I'll be back for accessories!

Visited the Chelmsford store today, with my mum just to see if we would get a dress or not. And we did! Soon as we walked in, Lena was lovely and welcoming, we was then handed over to Hannah, who helped me find the dress. Hannah was helpful and friendly and I felt very at ease. Overall my experience was lovely and pleasant. Very happy with my dress and my choice of store! Would definitely recommend:

I have so many good things to say about Wed2B and the staff in this Chelmsford branch. I came in with some pressure to buy a dress that day the day before they closed for Christmas! and they made me feel so at ease and welcome. There were loads of dresses I really liked and they helped me narrow them down and choose styles that suited my style and body type. They were so genuine, patient, kind and encouraging. I had been to two boutiques before and didn't feel comfortable with the pressure from them and the fact I wasn't able to take any photos!. In Wed2b I could bring my family, take all the photos I wanted, try different styles of dresses and veils without feeling rushed or judged. They have helped me find a tailor as well and answered all my many novice questions with kindness and reassurance. So if you're looking to buy a wedding dress and have a pleasant, more relaxed experience, I really recommend this place. Also huge thank you in particular to Alice and Alesha for the hours of support on the day!

This shop is clean and spacious. The staff were attentive. My daughter tried on 4 dresses. The 3rd one she cried at and it's the one I bought for her. Wedding is October 2023.

I went in store to buy my wedding dress. This was my first time trying dresses on and was a bit nervous. Nicola was absolutely amazing! She was extremely helpful and just knew exactly what I wanted and what suited me best. She went out of her way to help me with accessories and ensuring I got my dream dress. I have since been in again to pick up my dress and again Nicola was so friendly and amazing. I could not have have this amazing experience without her!

Just wanted to leave a well deserved review for all of the ladies at your Chelmsford branch. All staff members we encountered were so lovely and helpful, they really went out of their way to make sure the dress was personal and perfect for me. Nic helped me pick out my dresses to try on and picked up really quickly on what it was I was looking for. Ella helped dress me and made the magic happen! She really listened to what I liked and didn’t like so much, when said she had some tricks up her sleeve, she wasn’t kidding! She really personalised my dress, adding the perfect touches and made me laugh and feel so at ease the whole time. Alecia was also so great, really helpful and picked out dresses and accessories she thought I would love. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them, they really went out of their way to find something I would fall in love with. After walking in not thinking I would be buying anything that day, I walked out with a totally unexpected, really affordable, dream dress! Thank you so, so, so much to all of the ladies that contributed towards bringing a vision I didn’t know I had to life. I am forever grateful to you all my fairy dress-mothers!

All dresses at wed2b are a-line which would have been helpful to know before my friend decided to try on more dresses.  However if that is the style you are looking for then there are plenty of dresses to choose from and they definitely have a good selection of beautiful dresses.  The staff were also helpful although the shop was empty apart from myself and my friend and the staff decided to carry out their task on the same seating area that I was sitting on when there were plenty of other options
