I recommended my son to shop here and he was told to leave as it was assumed he wouldn’t be able to afford it! How rude and judgmental! We will take our custom elsewhere. I withdraw any recommendations. Should be ashamed of yourself being so rude to a polite young lad.
Terrible service. My friend got shouted by a owner and got told he couldn’t afford the clothes he was selling, just for asking for the price of a simple item. The man went on to tell us that we should get out the store for no reason. Don’t recommend shopping here VERY RUDE.
Been shopping at zagger for maybe 30 years and still remember my first item I bought which was a paul smith coat, second item was a stone Island heavy knit hooded cardigan which I still have nearly 30 years old.
Chris… what a top geezer! I was visiting from Portsmouth. Stopped by Chelmsford for a mooch around. Came across Zagger, saw the window display & had to pop in. Greeted by the owner Chris who did me a great deal on some clobber. Cracking sense of humour & tidy shop full of dope clothes/shoes! Pleasure to meet you matey! Harry.
Great family business looking after their customers.Big brands sold for reasonable prices. Definitely recommend.
Returned a top that was fake, proved it was fake and the owner had no manners neither did the little Saturday boy who had the intelligence of a toe nail, the owner was rude and did not like getting called out on his fake goods. Other items in shop were also proven to be fake so check the qr codes before wasting your money or even better, shop at a more reputable store. Although I will say the other young guy behind the till was very polite and apologetic.
Horrible experience i asked for a price on a pair of shoes and the answer i got was affordable then got told to put my money down until the seller says stop. Extremely over priced can easily buy the products for 100-200 pounds less online.
