My partner and I have just finished renting a property with We Let Properties. We've been with them for almost 3 years and it's been so nice to have an easy, stress-free and pleasant experience. The property had regular inspections, any issues were sorted promptly, and all of the team were always happy to help with whatever they could. Sadly this isn't the norm with some letting agents, but We Let Properties genuinely are the best we have experienced. Will always recommend if you're looking to rent in Manchester city centre- we don't have a negative word to say about them. I have been working with Wayne and his team at We Let Properties for many years now and they have never failed to impress. Wayne has a lot of knowledge about the industry and does give the right advice every time. They provide an excellent service to us landlords and the tenants too. Recently Emma achieved a fantastic rent return for one of my properties without me having to worry about any of the renewal/referencing process etc - very pleased with their service. I've been renting from We Let Properties for just over a year now, and I've got nothing but positive things to say. I've not had many issues with my flat, but the rare issues have been dealt with extremely quickly, with the team always being happy to help. For example, when the boiler went last winter, an engineer was sent out the same day! I 100% recommend to anybody looking to rent in Manchester :

At a time when the rental market in Manchester is pretty brutal, I feel very lucky to have found We Let Properties. Katie who was just lovely helped me secure my dream flat when I was starting to lose hope. Her and team have restored my faith, that there are infact Letting Agencies out there who care. Katie, Alicia, Emma, Wayne and Tracy all deserve special mentions, for their friendly, personable, warm easy manner and professional approach. Poor communication from the very start, left the tenancy over a year ago and have not heard anything back regarding my deposit. Very strange attitude towards lettings and multiple times during the tenancy people turned up unannounced to view our apartment because it was going to auction. With the abundance of good estate agents in Manchester, I'd recommend shopping around for a company that treats their clients & tenants with respect and have a more proactive approach to the industry. EDIT: Can't reply to them directly below but I personally never agreed to retain the registered deposit in the property and can find no proof of correspondence that this is the case so please disregard the first point of address on the companies reply. They held the deposit without consulting me.
Absolutely one of the best estate agents we have dealt with in Manchester for almost 10 years. After numerous problems with different corporate estate agent firms, we have found Wayne and his whole team professionally manage everything to a high standard with zero problems. All paperwork is concise and on time and breakdowns are clear and easy to understand. Very happy customers!
I have been renting a property from We Let Properties for almost 4 years now and am very happy with the services I receive from Ethan and the team at We Let Properties. The whole process has been very smooth with good management and maintenance platform in place. WLP has been very supportive throughout, responsive to various queries, and constant good communication.
I have my property let through Weletproperties. Wayne and his team have been very courteous and professional. Emma and Ethan dealt with my queries most of the time and they have been amazing. They always had time whenever I had to contact them. My best wishes to the whole team.
It was an absolute delight using WeLetProperties for finding our new home in Manchester. They made the process very easy and seamless. I highly recommend them for your next rental! The staff is also super friendly, understanding, and very helpful.
Said they would send me confirmation email after booking a viewing never sent one so I didn’t know I had a viewing and then when I called for another property that is much cheaper said to me you had a viewing today and we called at 8 in the morning how am I meant know if I’d don’t receive any confirmation beforehand and then proceeds to ask what my situation like it’s her business. I earn enough to get the cheaper and the expensive property. Edit: Your staff did not say I would receive a call she said she would send a confirmation email or text right after the call ended which she did not so as anyone would assume there would be no viewing. I did not receive any phone calls from the viewing as I was at work unaware there was a viewing sort your system out it clearly does not work .I called to book a viewing for one property this morning during my break and your employee was unnecessarily rude I did not cut the phone on her I actually called back straight after when the line dropped. And yes please do remove me as I don’t want to rent from incompetent people like yourselves your reviews speak for themselves.
