If you ever wonder why our justice system doesn’t work, then start here. Yes sadly we all know that at times the police are as much use of the chocolate fire guard and due to their inability to at times do their jobs properly, and at times not at all things can get escalated to the point that they end up here. The job of the CPS is to then objectively look at that information. It would appear that the CPS in Manchester certainly needs to arrange a trip to Specsavers for its staff. Or possibly teach them how to read as it’s apparent that they either cannot, or don’t understand what they’re reading, I don’t care. Every published a report in relation to the effectiveness of the CPS will tell you that they don’t operate independently and they are felt to be puppets for the police, I can say with conviction literally, this is true. However by far The most wonderful thing about these people, is there avoidance of ever answering a simple direct question honestly. In fact honesty and integrity are qualities that certainly within the justice system it appears you no longer need to have, and in fact seems to be something that they prefer you to not have. Of course no one likes the word liars and dishonest, instead they choose things like misunderstanding, miscommunication, or good old fashion ignore it and hope you don’t mention it again. Truly a disgrace and I now fully understand why people adopt the attitude, behavior and resentment towards these people. Because the truth is they knowingly allow miscarriages of justice and sleep soundly whilst their disgusting conduct sees so many suffer.
