I took my car to the Telford Forge Retail Park on 3rd July 2024. The gentleman was absolutely lovely. His positive outlook out weighed my sadness for saying goodbye to my first ever car. The entire process was super easy, and stress free. A very knowledgeable man. So sorry I never got his name. Excellent service, defiantly will use again when the time comes. Money was in my bank before I was even back home!
Made an appointment, turned up on time to be told he was running behind and would we mind going shopping for 15mins. Off we went and returned 15 minutes later, to be told the computer system was down and could we come back in another 10-15min. We come back and sit outside, 5 minutes later we go in only to be told the computer systems was still down. We were told we could try rebooking for later. Complete waste of time on a Sunday morning and awful customer service! A simple phone call to inform us and rebook would have been courteous. I will now avoid at all costs. The attitude of the man working there was rude and not anyway to do business.
Sold our car to them, they gave us a better price than we could get at a garage. We went on a Sunday and the computer wouldn't release the funds until Thursday. The guy at we buy any car suggested we email the company on Monday and find out why there was a delay, which we did. They came back very quickly and the funds were in our account by the end of the day.
Nothing like the advert , totally disgusting customer service, no friendly manor , no welcoming manor , just absolutely disgusting service wouldn't give anything DISGUSTING
Tried to chiv me on price by £400, lied about sending me an email i still have it!, called me a liar because the car i had only did 1200 miles in 2 years, gave me the wrong date for payment. AVOID!

Price given initially was quite a bit lower than given via website which was a bit disappointing, but then increased back up the day after, so we went back in and sold which was a quick service. The service I received from Ella throughout the experience was great and brought the rating back up!
The process was seamless. It was made clear to me before the appointment what documents I needed. I read the small print and was aware of any extra charges. I was a total of 30 minutes. From arrival to selling my car. The price was a little lower than the internet price, but still good. I would highly recommend the service Money in my bank when I got home. I am really pleased.
They give you good deal only when you not in the branch, the guys inside want make a money from everyone
