I purchased my little Peugeot 107 from Simon last week. I called on a Sunday morning to see if I could test drive the car and Simon went out of his way to come down to the garage when it was closed to let me have a drive. Two days later the car was ready for collection with a 12 month MOT on it ,Simon was so friendly, and helpful from start to finish. The car is immaculate and runs well. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Ketley Brook you were great thank you . Faye x
Looked for a Kia Sportage for quite a while and finally found a decent car for a good price. Texted Simon asking for a viewing and test drive, not expecting him to be open due to Bank Holiday. However, he agreed. Arrived next day, no pressure sales tactics. Gave us the car for a test drive by ourselves, whilst he looked at mine for a possible part exchange. Car was well priced and much better than anything we had seen. Agreed a few minor wants before buying,plus 12 month mot and service. Excellent price agreed for part exchange. Very knowledgeable and great communication before and after sale. Would recommend.
Thanks very much for looking after us - we purchased a Vauxhall Zafira from Simon less than a week ago - excellent service - when we first enquired by email about the car - Simon responded whilst he was on holiday - arranged a viewing and a test drive on Sunday afternoon the day after his holiday - we were able to collect the car on the following Wednesday. Very quick purchase and very happy with the service received - would recommend to anyone.
What can I say apart from top tier service from this company. felt very welcom from the get go. Bought my vauxhall zafira from him and picked it up today. Kept in the loop about the progress of the car every day. No pressure at all to buy as I have had in the past from other dealers just a welcoming face to guide you through the process and answer all your questions. I was looking to downsize too a smaller Car.Test drove a Hyundai i20 last Friday. Simon put an MOT on it and Serviced it and i collected it today. It was a pleasure to meet Simon, he's friendly and certainly knows his stuff, I'll certainly go back for another Car in the future.
Myself and my husband went to view the grand c-max..I instantly fell in love with the car, Simon was very helpful..we took it for a test drive..and car drive lovely, immaculate inside and out..2 days later the car was put thru a mot and passed..and we drove it away! The owner opened up on the weekend just so I could view an insignia, very competitively priced considering the spec and second hand prices in general, friendly and honest! cleaned the car before picking it up and it was spotless sould definitely recommend visiting! Since this purchase, unfortunately after a month I had the eml light on, I spoke to Simon about the problem he changed the spark plugs and coil in front of me as that's what we thought the problem was, that didn't work so I had the car taken off me for about 8-10 working days the car came back in working order and running smoother, Simon didn't argue or question my issue he sorted it as quickly as he could I cannot fault this service once again I would definitely recommend ketlry brook motors!
If you find the car you want here you'll find Simon very helpful and knowledgeable I highly recommend this garage for cars and Steve's attached garage for servicing etc.
We initially were looking for a small van, but found a lot of what was out there to be tatty and over inflated in price, we saw an Audi A3 Sport Estate advertised at Ketley Brook and were pleasantly surprised by the price, mileage etc, having met Simon Askwith the Proprietor we found him to be a genuinely nice guy, not your typical car salesman, really knowledgeable but very down to earth with it. We are thrilled with our purchase and would with all sincerity thoroughly recommend buying a car through Simon. Thanks again.
