The team are very helpful and friendly - was able to assist with all my worries and queries and were always happy to help if any issues arose - test drive was offered on the day, courtesy car was provided when there was a delay on my new car, thank you again Telford team!
AVOID Spoke to the sales team and a sales manager who assured me the vehicle was clean before making a 100 mile round trip to view. Got there to discover a vehicle with several marks, dents, scrapes retailing at 25k. Appalling Customer service! And the sales guy, Richard appeared shocked when I told him straight that the car was a mess! Don’t waste you time and avoid!
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Ian was a star from the beginning to handover. No pushy sales, no unnecessary bolt ons, everything was explained clearly; even on the handover he took the time to go through every feature on the vehicle and not just send us on our way. As young people, we had been ignored by most dealers wherever we went, but their mannerisms and human touch ended up with a sale. Would recommend anybody to use them
Fantastic experience, Richard was really helpful and really friendly from start to finish, incredibly professional and not pushy at all. I initially enquired about the car online last weekend, a couple of phone calls and emails later and we went to look at and purchase the car today. Took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had, didn't hover over us whilst we were looking at the car we were there to buy, nothing was too much trouble. Couldn't ask for an easier, more effortless transaction. Got a really good deal to part ex my old car, wasn't pushed into any extra add-ons for the new car. Love the new car, an absolute dream to drive, pristine condition considering its 3 years old is amazing. Will be going there for all the maintenance on the new car and will definitely go again when it's next time for a new car.
We would like to thank Danny and Richard for all their help during the purchase of our new car a 2008 ,their assistance was friendly and helpful throughout the deal. We are both very pleased with the car it drives really well, just like Richard said it would , the service you receive at Telford Motors is excellent, as it was when we purchased from the dealership on a previous occasion,we would certainly recommend them .
Where do I even begin? The team at Telford motors have gone above and beyond! I picked my brand new 3008 up last week with thanks to Ian and Sam. They even managed to bring the delivery date forward so we got the car soon that excepted. Absolutely Fantastic service with a great attitude. The whole process has been faultless, and we’ve had great communication between Sam Ian and the team. The quality of the car is amazing and as a family of 5 there is ample space. Id like to say the customer care from the girls on the service desk - going out of their way to help also after dealing with Telford Motors for a fair few years now is phenomenal! I hope to deal with Telford motors in the near future. But not too near!
I’ve been a car service customer for years here and know how good the customer service is. Just purchased a used car with/for our youngest daughter. Well the car sales department is just as good. Shout out to Sean Grey our salesman, just brilliant, no hard sell, really friendly, easy pleasant transaction. Very easy to see why they have won numerous customer service awards. Thanks Sean.
Just part exchanged on a new to us car today. Very impressed with Sean’s help with the whole process and no pressure selling approach. The showroom seemed safe during this COVID-19 time. Our finance options were clearly explained and we were given a very reasonable offer for our old car for part exchange. Very happy with our new car. Thanks for all your help!
Bought new E rifter from another Peugeot dealer. Needed a little help. Peugeot assist unless right down to refusing to talk to you on general enquiry unless you quote VIN number. Phoned Telford as we were passing IAN spent patient 10 mins SHOWING and explaining our 1 day old electric car. SUPERB real human touch from a dealer we did not even buy off.
