I have recently bought a new car from New Street Car Centre. The service I received was such a high standard. They really went above and beyond. Really friendly and helpful guys. Highly recommend.

Good service, made it nice and simple to purchase the car! Happy for us to take it for a test drive, car came with full service history, MOT & warranty. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a car as good variety available.

Bought a car from them recently, car has done a thousand miles without missing a beat. Only thing was I asked for the brakes to be replaced before I picked it up and they have done them but they seem to be very poor quality parts so I will be replacing with my own as they have cooked after 100 miles from normal daily use.

I purchased an Audi A4 S line black edition last month. I felt under no pressure whilst looking at various models and making my choice, the sales chap clearly knew Audi and was very informative. car had been cleaned and was ready at the time agreed. I received a call a couple of weeks later to check I was happy with my purchase. It was the easiest car purchase I have ever made, without the usual pressure from dealerships to make a decision and sign up for unnecessary extras. I have no plans to change my car for a while as it is an absolute dream. But when I do, I shall return to New street Car Centre without doubt.

If your living in Telford or not and looking for a vehicle,  i would definitely recommend going to New street car centre . Excellent customer service with great prices and friendly staff ... highly recommended

We bought few cars from here in past years till now they all been really nice well driven cars never had any problems with them. And every one there are really helpfull and friendly. Would highly recommend them.

Clutch went on it 3 weeks after purchase and has cost me £880 to repair today. Part ex’d a nice little motor with low mileage and got a headache in return. Have tried to ring multiple times but no one has bothered ringing back after they said they would. Shame, seemed like a nice garage and good owners but I’m £880 out of pocket now 3 weeks after purchase.

Great service!  Friendly and good communication. Home delivery and warranty are good extras. Will recommend to friends and family for future purchases.

Friendly service, making it quick and simple to purchase a car. The car was described correctly and included all the information about it. Overall great experience, I would recommend this to anyone looking for their first car.

Good service in the end but very difficult to get clear communication about the vehicle. Although has to wait for long time and communication was very bad in terms of car getting ready. They have lots of good selections of cars and better offers and deals but hey need clear and better communication to explain the issues in the first place.
