Very helpful staff. Made everything quick and easy.
Service was friendly warm and welcoming, although they did mess around beyond reasonable with the price they originally offered me. Bit of a headache after rushing around to get there and get everything together for them to change the goal posts when I arrived.

The whole process of selling your car is very quick and painless and the customer service is good . Dont always expect what is quoted on line but if ur happy with what is quoted on the day its a good no hassle deal

Great service. Quote quite lower than original price but given the scratches on my old car it is understandable. The guy who sorted the deal for me was an asset to your business, really helpful
It was easy to book an appointment, and let them look around my car. But even though I had the honesty to write down some minor wear tear on my car even before I went to my appointment, the final price wasn't near what was estimated online, which was disappointing. The emails I get now with better offers makes no difference in effect since its only when you go there you find out for real.
Really nice guy to deal with. Very polite and professional. The only reason for the 4 star and not 5 was because I was deducted £500 for wear and tear like stone chips on a 12 year old car. I think that was a little unfair and should have been taken into account when the original valuation was provided. Apart from that the whole experience was stress free and quick. Would definitely use again if needed.
The only reason for 4* and not 5* is that the price offered was significantly lower than the quoted price. The representative was very helpful, friendly and seemed genuinely pleased to be of assistance. He made the whole process simple and straightforward. He is an asset to your company.
Due to social distancing, I did not speak to the salesperson, my husband did. he reported she was very polite and efficient and she organised the sale quickly and easily for him. We were happy with the price paid as it represented good value for a car of 10 years old.
