Purchased my car from CMT and the service was great. Naz was very helpful and made me feel like I could ask all the questions I wanted, nothing was too much hassle. It did take a while for me to collect the car from the date of purchase but they fixed absolutely everything that needed doing when they put the MOT on the vehicle. My dad is an auto electrician and thoroughly checked everything that needed fixing and confirmed it was done to a great standard. Couldn’t be happier with my new car and would definitely recommend the garage to anyone else looking to buy a car!
It should be more stars to rate this amazing company. I bought a ford focus that had been checked in every possible way and they helped me with the papers etc. If you want peace of mind and everything to be in order, go straight away to them. They provided me with a 12 month guarantee also. Couldn't be more happy!!!
Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Biggest difference from other car supermarkets either online or the forecourt they actually care for the customer! I popped in to have a look around after work one day & I was greeted with the up most respect and didn’t even talk about cars for a while. We discussed my price range then had a look around for what was available with plenty of Options. My personal price range was around £7-£9 k and I ended up paying a lot less almost half in fact which truly shows what I mean by Naz and the team actually caring & not just going for the sale. Truly genuine people that understand not everyone has thousands and do every they can to get a car that suits us the customer individually and not just see the ££££ signs. The day I picked the car up it’s was perfect but a bird had decided to let’s say poop on the drivers door and without even mentioning it they had totally cleaned the car again truly great service would recommend to anyone & I will definitely be back in the future so thanks everyone at CMT car supermarket great work great people
I had initially viewed a Corsa online CMT was selling and spent a further two months shopping around and couldn't find anything better than was being offered here. I went along to view the car and liaised with Wade who was very honest and fair about my requests. CMT is by far the best car dealership in Runcorn for price, workmanship, customer service and reliability. I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend purchasing with confidence from here again. 10 out of 10 CMT Car Supermarket for getting this right and offering an outstanding service. This was my first car on finance. Wade helped me through it every step of the way kept me informed of everything. He was amazingly accomadating and ive got the best car I could.ve dreamt of. Car arrived on time in amazing condition. Driver was excited for me to have my new car! I will definately always go to this company for any future cars. Cant rate them enough!!!
bought a C MAX here couple of years back, the car was basically a wreck underneath, all brake disc pads suspension arms all not fit for the car when i bought it, the filter wasnt working so when heating was on the fumes could kill anybody in the car, key never worked properly for the central locking either. avoid this place is my advise
Bought a kia sportage automatic from this garage. Nothing was too much trouble in helping me to choose the correct vehicle for me. Car had niggly problems but all was fixed and sorted again no problem.Exremely helpful so much so we purchased a 2nd motor an Audi. Would highly recommend this garage to people.
Great experience, brilliant after sales service, cars are great quality. My 1 series coupe looks like new and I'm very happy with it. I'd recommend CMT to anyone
