Incredible warm friendly and very efficient service from Nicki - where everywhere else we tried before was the total opposite. Fixed the car so quickly and we are so grateful. 100% recommend if you need repair, support or service for your ford don’t hesitate.
This is my 3rd used car from Pentagon Ford Runcorn. Ian Edwards is fantastic, so helpful, very friendly, and doesn't pressure you to buy. Ian sold me my very first car 20 yrs ago, and i always go back to him. All the staff at Runcorn are great and Ian is always there to help with anything i need even after I've bought car, i know i could just pop in and nothing would be a problem. Thanks again Ian.

Fantastic Dealership. Great Service. This is my second time of buying a brand new car off them . There service is always second two none. This is my first time to Pentagon Ford Runcorn, I usually buy Nissan, however on visiting, the showroom I was so impressed with Chris Jones, his professionalism and courtesy was second to none I came away extremely satisfied I was getting a good deal. I picked my car up on the first September and am extremely pleased with the service.
I've had an amazing experience here, its my first time buying a car from a dealership. Ian helped me with everything I needed to know. He never pushed for a sale and made sure I was happy and sure about my decision. I also part exchanged my old vehicle here and was given a good price towards my new Ford fiesta. The best car buying experience I have ever had - ask for Ian if you’re looking for a used Ford. I have been looking for a car for just under a year and went to A LOT of local dealers and ended up being disappointed by the pushy sales technique and overall experience in all of them. I saw a car I was interested in online at Ford Pentagon and although it was about an hours drive I thought I’d give it a go and I’m so glad I did. Ian was amazing, no hard sale, listened to what I wanted and needed the car for and gave us a great deal. It’s the perfect car for me and my growing family, thank you again so much Ian I truly appreciate it. Will be back again for the next car!

An enjoyable visit to Pentagon Ford last week. Went to pick my new car and was gratefully steered through the process by Chris. I didn't feel rushed and came away very pleased with my choice. The Showroom was spotlessly clean, the Staff very pleasant and friendly. They adhered to the Covid regulations and I felt very safe whilst there.
