Nice decoration, but needs improvement: Came for a breakfast on Sunday morning and only cash accepted (card payment system was down). All customers having to go to the cash point is not the best welcoming. Also why you insist on serving all drinks in disposable cups even when told clearly we drink in? Check the photo for the amount of plastic generated just for a breakfast for two. Is not fun for people that take care of the mess we are making to our planet. Organic means a bit more than serving oat meat. And please, plastic straws is a big no. Ah also we found a rotten grape in the fruit salad (in the photo too) Hope this is constructive criticism. We would really like to have a proper cafe with personality in Ilford .

It's good to have a up market place at last in Ilford. I tried their decaf coffee but because it was ground it didn't taste that good, hopefully by now they have decaf beans? I will return as I am always willing to give a new buisness a second chance. I am also hoping there are more options for vegans now. I really hope that Wayne's organic prospers and goes from strength to strength

It is a great place for coffee and hanging out. I tried a cortado espresso and it was gorgeous. The coffee is definitely better than Starbucks and Costa but undecided if it beats my favourite: Cafe Nero! I also love how they offer cardamom sprinkles along with the usual chocolate and cinnamon. The reason its lost a mark is due to it poor customer service. Staff really could do with further training in this area.

Great for quality coffee, which is also organic. Not very impressed with food choices. Far better to nip down the road to icakes and have one of their delectable caramel eclairs. Spacious and relaxing ambience.

A welcome newcomer to a town oversaturated with betting shops and copycat fried chicken establishments. I called in during the lunchtime buzz and while busy, it still felt spacious with ample comfortable seating, no squeezing or excusing your dining neighbours. I was waitered to a table by helpful staff, as I had a baby in tow. The organic menu looked fresh and tasted delicious, with no unnecessary plastic wrapping. In fact, I feel happier dining here, knowing that their single use items are biodegradable. I’ll be making this a regular lunch spot and I hope the standard Wayne’s is setting makes the rest of Ilford raise its game.
