My husband had a tea in the Costa on the ground floor in the shopping mall he was observing the staff he said firstly the place behind the counter was very dirty and the chap serving was picking his nose and serving food at the same time he also noticed that his hands were not very clean I thought when you handled food you should be wearing catering gloves. The staff have a couldn't care less attitude which is a shame as it hasn't been open all that long and if it carries on the same way it won't be open for much longer. Costa coffee retrain your staff

Great staff. Fast service. Goid variety of seats and views. Left a shopping bag under table went back and they kept it safe for me. 9/10. Would recommend

I’ve always like costa, but the ilford one just disappointed me. Although it’s small I had asked for soya milk in my coffee but the barista had used regular milk and as a result I fell sick. Being lactose intolerant isn’t easy and when your coffee shop make mistake with your coffee it makes it even worse. I paid money for my coffee, I expect it to be right. We’re all human and we make mistakes, but take time in paying attention to your customers needs.

I ordered for a flat white with soya milk and a latte with soya milk and if I was not looking they would have given me a normal milk one. I asked for soya for a reason!!!! On top of that the manager was the one preparing the flat white and she was busy on the phone. I am not at all impressed and if you are at work then leave the phone aside and work.
