This may be a station cafe yet I have to commend the staff, particularly Jade who stayed open one rainy Saturday just for me to get a take way tea with steamed soy milk, and Fatima who retrieved my lost umbrella for me, which I'd left on that rainy Saturday. I'm not a great coffee drinker, it's usually too strong for me, but the aroma of the coffee beans here is quite something so I will certainly try it when I'm in the area. Great staff and a lovely place to stop off. Well done everyone
Absolute joke. I signed up for the monthly subscription for them to take money twice a month so works out at £22 a month not the advertised £10.99. Ask for help on facebook and via email to no avail with comments and messages like "I don't know what we will be able to do about that" and not listening I have asked to cancle several times today because it's false advertising to just have we are dealing with the back log of the bank holiday. That was one day but for some reason they are also saying that Friday was a Bank Holiday when it was not. To cancle an account I'm sure it's one click. left it till the end of the day for them to send a bloody shipment email and still not cancled so now I will have to cancle my bank card because they set it up as a visa and these guys will not cancle my account disgusting.
Always receive a polite and great customer service, thank you to all the lovely staff.
Best coffee in London. No joke.
