The staff is rather nice but definitely not customer focused. With 2 members of staff available and queue of quite few customers one of them will be tiding up the food section and other one taking and preparing the orders. Waiting time for your order is definitely much longer than any other busy Starbucks. I am a regular customer and this situation is happening pretty much every day. I strongly believe they should start prioritize customers not the sandwiches. I fell like there is management missing in this place and staff prefers not to have customers than have them and it is clearly visible that they do not really care. They nice. just more management and customer service is needed.

Love having coffee here. It's a great place to meet friends for a chat as it's not noisy like most coffee shops and they have comfy chairs. They do tasty teas, coffees and hot chocolates. Also grab either a tasty treat or a savoury sandwich/panini. Prices not too bad. Best coffee shop in Ilford 👍

Place was spacious and had various seating options. The round tables were a bit small for laptop use and if you had a writing pad as well. But the cappuccino was to die for,

Brilliant customer service. Brilliant attitude and quality drinks. I believe that any customer that complains and says the staff are rude should think twice because they're rude themselves. No please no thank you? " Gimme latte" no people. Learn some God damn manners before your rubbish criticisms. Thank you starbucks ilford team! I appreciate you

Awful service, young lady serving at the counter today was unfriendly, unhelpful, and tried to ignore questions when asked. New Starbucks policy of not putting out cutlery is nasty, this looks like profiteering, seeing as also the 'flavours' such as nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla also seem to have disappeared. Ilford generally has gone down hill badly in recent months, it seems this branch of Starbucks is going the same way.
