Would put a zero if it was an option. Went for a full clean, £85. Was told about an hour/just over. After nearly an hour 40 the car was still not ready, but I had to take it as had kids to pick up from school. Was told the mats were still a bit wet but would dry quickly if I lay take them out of the plastic bag when I got home. Also, all the seats were still wet to the point my back was soaked, even with a plastic bag covering it. I still paid the full price and left. Got home to find there was still dirt that was still dirt on the outside of the car, bits of rubbish in the rear car doors which had supposedly been cleaned with a full detailing and the car mats were dripping dirty water everywhere.
Great service, my car hadn't been used for a few years and was not the cleanest, after a few hours it looked like new.
Visited here today to get a £60 premium clean, staff were nice and polite nothing to complain about the staff but after driving my car for a few minutes I had electrical problems and then worst of all my engine warning light come on I had to park up near the stag restaurant where my car completely died after popping the bonnet I was welcomed by a large amount of water all over my spark plugs, engine bay and battery’s. The service is great but I’m now out of pocket majorly for these repair’s I’ll now have to fix.Services: Vacuuming
Dropped in for just a wash and dry as I wax my vehicle myself. Its an Audi A4 estate and was told it was large car so £18, large? What would they call the A6, a7 or A8 then?? then upon return on walk around there were water marks and two vertical scratches above nearside wheel arch, I questioned as to new appearance clearly from washing or drying action due to depth and direction and was told because it was washed they could now be seen. Total horse... had to pay to get keys back. Problem began then with language barrier and being 4 hours from home from a job I have done for 10. Avoid if you dont want scratches
Very professional and did an amazing job!!! It had been 1 year since I last cleaned my car and my child had completely destroyed it and they brought it back to like. Looks like we just drove out of the dealership. 10/10 would recommend!
Charged me for largest car possible when it's normally the 3rd option based on previous car same make and model and did not use a clean cloth so now I have scratches on my bonnet from where dirt has been dragged by the cleaning cloth. Before people suggest they were not there before.
When I arrived at this hand car wash, I asked for my seats to be cleaned, but was told they didn't have the tool available to clean seats today?! So instead, I just had a hand car wash. When I collected my car, I wanted to pay by card, but was told that they didn't have a card machine today! Very strange! I drove my car home and was impressed by most of the cleaning done. However, the main reason I needed a hand car wash because the rear of my back seats was very dirty. When I checked to see if it had been cleaned, it was still as dirty as when I dropped it off and I had to clean it myself! I contacted customer service to complain and after weeks they got back to me and said cleaning this part of my car wasn't included in my valet. Whilst it isn't specifically mentioned in the valet description, cleaning it would only take 2 minutes and would create exceptional customer service. They offered me a free external hand wash at the same location. I replied thanking them for the offer but said that this doesn't actually solve the problem of my car not being cleaned internally properly. They since have not bothered to reply. Poor customer service at the location and at head office. I would avoid this company.
Charged me 125 pounds, didn't honor my defence discount card which they have a sign that says they do and there were still bits stuck to the seats, door cards, and cleaning solution dribbles in various places.
Not good £85.00 charged for inside and out. They do not make charges clear when you request the service. Daylight robbery!
Cant fault it today. Missed a couple of bits if your looking from a perfectionist point of view but im happy with it.
