I was at the imo car wash today and i was plesantly impressed by the experience and patience of the guy who pre-wash the cars, very calm and patent unlike those before him. My car came out unexpectedly clean even i chose a wash without shampoo. I highly recommend it and i Will visit more often than uzual. Thank you!
The IMO Car Wash Is a great drive through car wash. Many different types of washes with wax etc. Doesn’t take long and my car looks lovely and clean afterwards. Sometimes there’s a small queue. Staff friendly.
I went to have a quick clean in an automatic car wash. My car was in perfect condition when I entered. After leaving the car wash and driving home, I noticed a huge scratch on the front right door. I raised the issue with the company, but they are not only refusing to take responsibility, they also called me a liar. A few weeks ago, I had paintwork done on this particular door, and it actually looked like new. At this moment I am not upset because they scratched my car , I am upset because they called me a lier. AVOID!!!
I bought one of the highest services to find the rear of my car still filthy.
Attendant at midday on 19 September 2025 was extremely rude. Really awful honestly and I don’t normally do this but I feel obligated to say something. I watched him berate an elderly man for not driving into the wash correctly then even got nasty with me when I politely asked him to spray around the edge of my boot where leaves had collected which took all of 5 seconds. Very unpleasant and will never go back. Car came out filthy with water spots everywhere as well.
