Had the worst experience at Watt Falkirk town centre. The manager/wokrer came shouting at us and my two years old nephews. That they threw Peppers and olives in the shop we are not a restaurant etc. I apologised that the kids were having a pear but they didnt throw the pear and we absolutely have nothing to do with Peppers or olives . We dint bring any. She keeps talking rudely shouting in front of everyone. Maybe she was taking the anger of the previous customers on us who threw olives etc but it was so unacceptable. My 2 years old nephews got so scared. I put everything back and didn't buy them and just left the shop. Worst ever!
Usually staff are very friendly.But one day me and my mum were in.My mum had bought hairbands and we went to the wrong till and one of your staff members was like u need to go to the other till ITS SAYS ON THE SIGN THERE!! With Abit of an attitude.So went to the other till and she was at the first till and me and my mum were like hope we get the other women.Thankfully we did as the staff member who said that didn't seem very welcoming.But as I said before usually everyone one of the staff before this has happened has been nothing but nice.But this is why I put 3 stars
