Great place to buy nice spirits as gifts. Only place I'd go in Falkirk. Don't buy m&s food very often as feel it's over priced

Good food Hall with plenty of choice. However the choice of clothes is still lacking and if looking for something in particular that you've seen online it's far better to pop into Glasgow.

Totaly disgusted with the organised gang with the large trolley buying all the dirt cheap food and actually pushing customers out of the way.using the trolley as a buffer. The staff should intervene and not put the goods on the shelf when no one else can get near it was horrible.a lot of the goods u could not freeze disgusting

Always a pleasure. One fault is they need to cater more for older ladies, young women do not want to shop at M&S
