A well light store with very pleasant staff, wide aisles to maneuver a buggy, pram, wheelchair etc. Escalators service the upper and lower floors of the store or there is a large lift if required to service both floors too.
Both café & restaurant are wheelchair accessible, staff again are very pleasant and helpful. Quality of products is good and the shop on any floor is always warm.

I shopped at the Stirling branch today looking for a top to wear at Hogmanay. Met the most amazing helpful assistant at the occasions dress part of the store. Her name was Jeanette. 
She was everything a customer could hope to find in a store.. I left with an amazing party skirt which she said suited me well and the best discount Debenhams could offer. I purchased a skirt at £119 for £30 . I was gobsmacked.
No pressure from Jeanette at all but I opted in for a Debenhams card so I could get more amazing deals in the future
When I left she told me only then was she a personal shopper. A smashing person to have in a store
