My favourite Argos by far. The staff are friendly and helpful. Angela is just the best, she has soooo much patience.
Entered the store for a click and collect.nnQueued in the lane to the left of the shop where you'd normally give the reference number and then be told to wait at the collection point.nnNope, not this time - I queued and queued like a dafty in full view of staff who were stood yapping at the collection point, with not one of them taking the initiative to actually tell or help me that the collection point is now merged with the collection point itself.nnEventually, I twigged that I needed to go to the collection point and then had this staff member smugly smirking at me from behind the counter whilst his colleague helped me collect my item.nnPoor show Argos, you've just lost yourself a customer. Congrats to you.
Excellent customers support and services in this branch. I have had very good experiences shopping here. They are the very best
Obviously this liz hasn't improved in 6mths' reading the last comment' very bad attitude' thinks she nose everything 'she can tell me my items not faulty trying it for 2 mins' the rest of the girls are so nice' I've just noticed ah comment she was like this 4years ago whys she's still allowed to work there I don't no!
usually find the staff in this store very helpful until today when trying to use a gift voucher. an assistant called liz was so unhelpful so I asked to speak to the manager where everything was sorted out without any problem. why this assistant was abrupt to me totally out of order.. if I see her in the shop the next time , I wont bother going in
