Terrrible company bought books on a tuesday paid for 48h delivery 8 days later i am still waiting for the books or the tracking number that i asked for.

Very disappointing. 

On reaching 3 weeks without delivery (not a great concern as I am in Australia) I thought I'd send them a courtesy email. Got the automated "we'll look into it" response. Two days later comes an apology for goods allegedly damaged in transit and returned but now suddenly out of stock. Which given the timing sounds a bit dodgy. 

Thanks for wasting a month of my time. 

Won't be using them again.
