What a beautiful bookstore! It’s incredibly satisfying to visit and browse their amazing selection of books. They also have a nice collection of board games and a wide selection of stationery. The prices aren’t cheap, but I still enjoyed visiting.
big bookstore. not never mind, it’s MASSIVE. floors and floors of books. but it’s surprisingly very VERY organized. they carry basically everything you can imagine and the bookends tend to have a recommended section depending on what section you’re at. employees are encouraged to leave little reviews on some book which is cool and helpful. but my favorite part is the little book islands they have set up all over the place based on similar themes. i like humor books which tends to require asking a bookstore empyrean or doing research before diving into the fiction section. not here, they’ve got a humor focused book island in the fiction section! thanks!
We had booked tickets for a show at the Piccadilly Theatre so we looked for things to do nearby. When I saw that there was the biggest book store in Europe, I was sold. They have so many floors of books — it’s crazy! We went up to the cafe to have a drink and kill some time. It was ok. The drinks were decent. The service was ok. The view was cool, but not as amazing as they made it seem. I did walk away with several books.
This is the biggest Waterstones I have ever visited, they have many beautiful displays showing off all different kinds books, with a wide variety, including a stand for the Abroad in Japan book.nIt can be very busy on a weekend but not worth missing for a book lover
Definitely the best bookstore I have ever been with a wide range of books, board games, and gifts. I ended up spending nearly 100GBP on children's books as a gift for friends. Planning to return tomorrow for more, especially exploring the manga section.
