The place looks like a regular cinema / restaurant complex but beware, parking is not free. unlike everywhere else in the country Just received a £100 fine. Despite the letter saying that parking charges were clearly displayed they were not. Won't be spending any more time or money at Walsall Waterfront. Rip Off.
Horrendous car park! Couldn't get further than inputting the code onto the online app and subsequently trying to work out the parking machine was a nightmare. Seems to me this company are doing their very best to trick you into getting a parking fne!!!
This company has a clever way of stealing from people, just avoid parking there otherwise u will get an unexpected penalty through the post, you pay for parking which doesn’t give u options with the length of stay on their machine thinking you have paid for enough hours then boom u get a letter through the post for overstaying Rip off company and because they know they are stealing from people , you can never call them over the phone to speak about anything, CLEVER THIEVES!!!!!
Avoid at all costs. I'm currently fighting a fine that was charged due to not paying for a ticket. I did pay and still have the ticket. Avoid this parking lot at all costs. It's a con.
Parked about 5pm, chose to pay for several hours but it only charged me the £1 minimum and now I've ended up with a fine. Scam !!!! Also the fine amount is disgusting to say the least. I paid £25 in Birmingham City once... this one is £100. Absolute disgrace!!!!
Wouldn’t let me pay for more than 2 hours parking on the machine, then sent me a fine when I went over by half an hour. Appealed it to explain the machine wouldn’t allow me to pay for more than 2 hours and they rejected the claim. Scam artists! Be cautious if you have to use this car park
Machines not working to allow cars or cash payment. Then you get a ticket for spending time having to download the app. Signage doesn’t say you have to add payment for the time spent downloading the app. Avoid this car park!
I have a blue badge, my daughter in law took me out for food, well within 3 hours time slot for badge, she has now had a fine. Needless to say she is fighting it as it states no charge for blue badge holders.
Be very careful This car park has misleading signage and Euro car parks will charge you for it. The charging hours applies 24/7 but not stated clearly! not informative signs . Avoid parking there if you don’t want your meal add up an extra £60 on your bill.
Scam place, has anyone actually paid there dodgy fines they sent you they’ve sent me 2 totalling to 200 pound

It would appear that I have fallen foul of this scam too! I have luckily kept my ticket from 3rd April 2024 and had a letter on the 15th April demanding a £60 fine if I pay before 28th April and £100 if I do not. I have scanned my parking ticket via their appeal process and can see on my bank statement via my mobile phone that the payment has gone out of my account. Fingers crossed I can get this fine waived but I will not use this car park again!!
