Just received my later. 100£ fained for 30 min .,reduced to 60£ if payed in 14 days. Same as everybody , thought it was a McDonald's car park. Don't know what was in my head , I mean what's for free nowadays!?
Highly misleading car park - This company is misleading customers to generate revenue. It appears to be a car park for McDonald's but there is no clearly labelled bays to differentiate between paid spaces. It's all one car park shared with McDonald's but certain areas are monitored by Ocean Parking who charge £100 fine £60 if paid within 14 days which is shameful. This company is ok with conning customers and McDonald's should do more to highlight this issue to customers. Very disappointed with this fine.
As the previous reviewer has said, most people would think this is the free customer car park for McDonald's - my husband saw no signage to the contrary when he took our children to McDonald's on Sunday 2nd January even if it had been clear that the car park is not free for McDonald's customers, the majority of car parks would not incur a charge on a Sunday anyway. If there is any signage, it must be very small and/or placed where drivers are unlikely to see it. According to the website, the car park is only free for 10 minutes! It is disgraceful that it is still legal to trick people into incurring parking charges in this way.
Dirty scammers! Went to McDonalds was in the carpark for 20mins and then got a parking charge for £100 reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days!!!
Be warned this carpark generates money from fines!! No proper signage si when u have a mcdonalds here u end up being fined for £100
This car park is misleading and is charging fine for car parked at the MacDonalds at WISEMORE CENTRAL.
Avoid unless you want to be fined £100 imo it is just not worth it as seems strange to me when carpark is shared with other businesses and when entering reg number in business computers in entrances it doesn't seem to get logged and stop the fines
This is a McDonald's parking, I was there parked up eating my McDonald's for about an hour....cost me £60.00 parking fine. Won't be using that McDonald's again.....disgraceful.
