Terrible car park - lifts out of order escalators lifts and toilets closed -which lead to the Shoppig Centre. A Notice would have been helpful on entrance to Car Park -we had to walk to.shopping centre as lift out of order permanently. As we had.a pushchair there was no way we could have walked down the stairs . Whilst I understand the Car Park is not responsible for shopping centre -but a notice would have been helpful. To be honest no-one would use this carpark as there is nothing in the area sadly. Needless to say won't be using again
Isolated, slightly narrow driving lanes to each level. No visible attendants as you have to scan to pay before leaving your car. Parking spaces are narrow. Once you have loaded the NCP app that is easy to use to pay.
Too expensive. council car parks nearby are £2.00 cheaper. At £5.00 for 5 hours and above it is too much. Spaces are narrow, posts make parking tricky to ensure you can open car doors without damage. If it were closer to council car park prices I would use it, but feel it has outpriced itself, there is not much to go to Walsall for, high parking costs are going to send people to other towns instead.
Convenient Price Parking is terribly tight. Incredibly narrow spaces if you have a big ish car. Small car would be better. Convenient location. Would recommend, but all a bit too tight, including the ramps etc.
DO NOT PARK HERE!! After years of parking here with no problems. Suddenly everyone is getting £60 Parking Charges for allegedly “ not parking within a bay”. These are bays that are so poorly marked you cannot see them and if your wheel is cms over the imaginary line you get a ticket. Seem to be raising revenue this way as every day the car park has only a few cars parked there! Add this to the extorniate £5 per day parking fee, no wonder the place is empry!
DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK! They will try and fine you £60 for parking on the line of the next bay in a tight car park with concrete pillars obstructing most bays. 1 star is too many for this review! DO NOT BE VICTIM TO A PARKING SCAM. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
Plenty of spaces and a reasonable price. The ramps and spaces are a little tight in places, but if you stay to the right, you should be fine

Really tight parking spaces. Also a few times I've been locked in for at least 10/15 minutes at a time, stuck in que to get out, when barriers are not working correctly.
