Another person here who has been caught out by the NexusPay scam. Been here a few times. Paid for parking... only to get a letter demanding a £60 fine. Will avoid this car park and shops in it in future. Whatever the car park operator is doing, it clearly isn't working.
Never been to a car park as strange as this! Signs clearly show to ‘Pay on Exit’. You have to pay on the NexusPay app. You have to go on the app and buy parking for the duration you have stayed, at the end of your visit, but you must know yourself when you entered the car park. There’s no such thing as you put in your registration and it tells you how long you need to pay for. The craziest thing is that if you pay for, say 4 hours parking, the time starts from when you pay!! So say you were there from 1pm till 2pm and you pay for parking at 2pm on exit, as per the signs, the app shows your parking is valid from 2-3pm! I haven’t had a ticket but I will be very annoyed if I do! I can see why people are so confused and angry for receiving penalty notices.
New parking system is awful and complicated and does not give enough information on how it works. I'll never go there again just isn't worth it. Parking parparks should have pay terminals. I shouldn't have to give every bit of my information just to go to a carpark. Then after giving all my information to the app then it wouldn't accept my banking information so I still got a fine. If I appeal it I'll have to pay £100 instead of £60
I parked here and paid for parking. The machine wasn't working properly but I paid £1.50 cash. No receipt was printed. I have had a fine of £100 now.. Disgusted. Watch out for this rip off folks
Avoid this carpark at all costs! I drove into this carpark to gain access to Burger Kings drive through. I ordered food and then had to wait in Burger Kings car park for my food. Nearly 3 weeks later I was sent a fine demanding £60, I was there on that car park for 16 minutes, I didn't even step foot out of the car lol. This was actioned on the 4th but the letter never reached me until the 12th lol. I've appealed with no intention of paying... Companies like this should be ashamed and if everyone appealed then no doubt they'd drop fines as court sanctions would be too costly for them.
Paid for parking….received a fine….sent all relevant proof of payment, now trying to fine me £170…will never use this car park again, they seem to be doing this to the majority of people!
Absolute joke! Got a fine for £100, £60 if paid within 28 day. Narrow entrance concentrated on Road not parking signs .
This was one of the worst shopping places, I came in to buy a £3 item and i ended up paying £100 for a parking fine. There is no obvious parking signs, the parking instruction are not clear, the ticket machines are not easily located. I feel this parking setup is a scam, many people got fined in this place, am never coming back again.

Avoid at all costs. 1min as went on accidentally-thought is get ticket from machine as thought might have 5mins free- but no … £1. Disgraceful charges.
