I've been to Warwick Lodge a few times now and each time, I've always had a pleasant experience. When I've had to reschedule appointments due to work commitments, it's always really easy and the team are very understanding and accommodating. I typically have an exam, followed by a scale and polish, which is super quick and straight forward. The team are all lovely but I always feel like Rita goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. It's a pleasure to see her each time. Highly recommend.
As a nervous patient, I found my experience to be pleasant as Warwick Lodge and I’m very pleased with the fantastic work done by Dr. Shreyas on my front teeth. I’ve gotten many compliments from my family members and he made me feel at ease in the chair. Jo the dental assistant was very kind and helped me relax. Sam the receptionist was also lovely. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to take care of me. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!
AWFUL - AVOID, RUDE AND ARROGANT RECEPTIONIST AND THEY ARE MORE INTERESTED IN EXTRACTING YOUR MONEY THAN A BAD TOOTH My wife booked an emergency appointment just before Xmas. We paid for the consultation and X-Ray and were told she would need to book for an extraction once the antibiotics they prescribed had cleared up the infection. We had a discussion whether sedation would be needed as she is an extremely nervous patient. They reassured her enough so we did not book for this. We had to postpone the extraction as my wife came down with the throat thing that everyone seems to have had or still has. When we called there was no answer so we sent an e-mail. A very rude receptionist who we believe is South African called on the day to ask 'why we had not bothered to turn up or cancel if we couldn't come in'! My wife explained we had phoned, there was no reply so we had sent an email. The receptionist said 'I am busy and haven't checked the e-mails today, you should still of phoned again'!!!! Having re-booked the treatment I took my wife in today in good time for our appointment. Having waited for almost half an hour past our appointment time I asked if they were running late as nobody has bothered to let us know. The same receptionist stated 'We have had a few emergencies what are we supposed to do?'. I said she some could have just told us out of courtesy only for her to shout 'I have been busy on the phone, they expect me to do everything here'. I pointed out she had taken one incoming call, the rest had been outgoing sales calls and she therefore had more than a reasonable time to deal with patients in the surgery. She spent half the time of these calls telling anyone who would listen how sick she had been over Xmas with the flu. I had to go an move our car at this point just as my wife was finally called in. Just as I parked a fee minutes later my wife came out in tears, having psyched herself up for the treatment, telling me they were not going to do an extraction today as she must first have a full new patient check-up and x-rays!!!! Having already attended and had X-Rays and been told the tooth, causing her pain, needs to be removed, this was news to us. Clearly, they are more interested in extracting your money than a bad tooth. Oh and when you complain the receptionist just talks over you. I went back in to get our deposit back and when i told the dentist about the poor attitude the receptionist had, she said 'she is only a receptionist!' This was actually insulting to the receptionist, as poor as she is! I reminded them both that a reception role IS customer service role and as first point of contact a vital one at that. For a private practice especially, we were appalled. I am only giving one star as there is not a no star option.
Always a pleasure to see the team at Warwick lodge, accommodating and friendly receptionists and dental experts. I am delighted with the Root Canal and Crown treatment that Rita performed, she put in the extra time, when the procedure got a little tricky. Been attending this Dental practice for many years now and always satisfied with services and results, would certainly recommend.
I recently moved to Herne Bay. I knew I needed a dentist as I had tooth ache. I saw the board outside and went in and made an appointment , as I was in pain with tooth ache. I was seen that day and by the end of the day was completely pain free. The staff were wonderful, caring. It seemed I needed to have a tooth removed, I was really scared but Jo the dental assisted calmed me down and was very kind to to me. Very modern equipment, very clean, very professional service. I can say is the best Dentist I have ever experienced in my life. Also the costs are not too high. This is now my dentist, They also invited my family to register. Regards Deborah Addams
I am one of the most nervous patients to go to the dentist The staff here are amazing and so caring! The receptionist Sam is always friendly especially when sitting in the waiting area. This does help to relax you. I have had lots of work done in my mouth and Dr Shreyas is an amazing dentist
The team at Warwick Lodge have been amazing in helping to sort my sons dental problems caused by a different practice. Claudia went out of her way to get us the best advice and seen as soon as possible and Rita was brilliant at fully explaining everything to us and putting my son at ease. I would highly recommend.
I have been having a lot of issues with my teeth for sometime now and have been absolutely petrified of going to the dentist, I have been speaking to someone called Archana. She has been absolutely outstanding from the get go, explaining everything I wanted to know putting my mind at rest and made me feel very comfortable. Even know my teeth are very bad no other dentist has ever done this. I have offered to help me, even though my teeth are very bad they have arrange for me to go back in six weeks and just start my treatment for my implants. She has even given me enough confidence to try and give up smoking and not only my life but my children’s. The reception there was absolutely outstanding very talkative, knowledgeable and made me feel like I’ve been there 1000 times before. I would class this Dentist as the best in the UK is for the knowledge experience and how they treat their patients! Thank you for Today I will see you in six weeks to begin my treatment
Very polite and knowledgable staff...nothing was too much trouble! My elderly mother hadn't been to the dentist for over 40 years as she was so worried about the pain etc. However her toothache became too much so she had to go. I can't stress enough how much both the lovely receptionists put my mum at ease as you would appreciate how nervous she was. Once in the dentist chair, her dentist Rita helped enormously by fulling explaining exactly what she was going to do and how long it would take etc. To by amazement, after her treatment my mum came out smiling! Can't thank all of the team enough. If you or your mum! is nervous about going to the dentist then the team at Warwick Lodge will definitely take care of you ;-
I am a nervous patient…I dread dental appointments…but Rita the Dentist has a way of calming me down and doing the treatment in a such a gentle manner , I am always smiling when I leave. Sharon the Hygienist also makes sure I am comfortable and pain free. I usually see Sam on Reception….she’s so friendly and efficient I would give 10 stars if I could
