We are a 5-surgery practice with 6 clinicians providing a variety of NHS, private and {my}options treatment plans including implants, take home teeth whitening and orthodontic solutions such as clearcorrect, Invisalign and Six Month Smiles. Within our team we have Mr Adrian Lesnyak who has a passion for root canal treatments, as well as Dr Biju Ramachandran who is an Implantologist. Dr Smitha Biju who has a special interest in orthodontic treatments such as clear correct and Six Month Smiles. Ioannis is our family dentist. He is very calm and reassuring and great with my teenagers. Explanation of the check up and any additional treatment is always discussed in detail. Highly recommended.
I have a terrible fear of the dentist, to the point I will be crying very Embarrassing The receptionist was so kind , As was the Dentist, he was so patient and understanding, I then had to come back the next day for the hygienist. more tears The hygienists was again so kind and patient, It is so lovely to have a dentist that understands my fear.
My experience of 'mydentist' was perfect. Reception is very helpful & my dentist Yanis is kind, gentle & very efficient, proficient & professional. I would definitely recommend
My family and I joined this dentist over 10yrs ago and I cannot fault them. Their service is always 1st class, whether it’s for a check up, emergency treatment or general advice. The staff are always professional and friendly. The ladies on reception will always do their utmost to fit you in. The dental nurses are great and always try and put you at ease. The dental treatment I have received from both Ioannis and Tom has been far superior to any dental treatment I received prior to joining this surgery. I hate going to the dentist but the team at the My Dentist Herne bay surgery make it much more bearable than I ever thought possible.
I've been with My Dentist for almost 18 years. Would never use another dentist for following reasons: They are very very helpful. The staff on reception will go out of their way to find you an appointment. The Dentist themselves and their assistances get top marks in my estimation. Cannot fault them in any way. Thank you to all of you. You all do a fantastic job
Very nice dentists. Receptionist very condescending, speaking to me like I was a child… not actually listening or answering my question. Other than that, all good and reasonable!
Having left this dentist a year ago, I have been informed by my new dentist that the previous work carried out by mydentist Herne Bay has caused the problems that I am currently having, resulting in a root canal and continued treatment at my expense, 1 star ....
My five year old had to have a tooth out she was obviously worried and scared but the staff at my dentist hernebay were absolutely brilliant they made her fill happy and relaxed and made the over all experience a positive one, the aftercare is great with Brenda making it super easy to get in contact, and always willing to help with any problems. Would highly recommend this dentist as it was smooth and easy experience especially with little children.
They don't phone back. Their waiting lists can be as long as a month, but they can always fit in an emergency appointment for extra money.
I have been visiting this practice for a couple of years now. Prior to that and even now I am a nervous patient but I've gained some confidence since finding T. Matthews who is so gentle and kind. He is really friendly and informative and I am really lucky and happy to have found a dentist I can trust. The nurses and reception team are always friendly too.
