During my recent visit to Bupa Dental Care Sturry I found them to be a very friendly and professional dentist providing excellent care in a safe environment
As others have mentioned, this used to be a good dental practice, but I have found since Bupa have taken over that the care is really poor. I have been seen by several different dentists, each one giving different and contradicting advice. Reception staff never seem to answer the phone - this has been an issue for literally years since Bupa take over so it can't be a temporary recruitment issue as they've tried to advise on another review.. Moreover, the reception staff are always completely uncaring and unapologetic about their own mistakes/delays/cancellations etc. If you're considering going here, I genuinely wouldn't. I will be looking for a new dental practice as soon as I can get booked in elsewhere.
Very friendly and great staff and they happy to help. Specially Janki Patel she is great dentist , professional and friendly with kids and parent.
I recently attended the practice for Botox treatment with Dr. Alina Oteseanu . Everything was explained in a thorough manner, all cost options and what the treatment entailed. Alina is an absolutely outstanding dentist with the most amazing attention to care , very professional and continues to make me feel at ease when coming to the practice. I honestly couldn't fault her professionalism and would recommend her to anyone whom maybe nervous or anxious when coming, she will do her utmost to ensure the experience is as comfortable as possible. I have already noticed the difference in only a few days, and could not be happier with the outcome. I will definitely be booking with her again in the near future.
Dr Amar is a fantastic dentist. My cousin went to see him with with a tooth ache and he remedied my problem with a very high level of care. I have since referred my whole family to him. Cannot be more thankful.
From the day that oasis took over this dentist things have not been up to a good standard. The dental treatment and advise is poor to say the least. This used to be a gem of a practice now every aspect is sub standard!!
I was at BUPA Dental Care on the 25/01/21 it was my first experience at a dentist I was scared but I spoke to my dentist and she had a look in my mouth and put my mind at ease the place is absolutely lovely the staff are amazing and nice the manager is absolutely amazing and the place is so clean and warm and everyone made me feel so comfortable and safe all I can say is if you have a dental problem or need to see a dentist go to BUPA Dental Care they will give you an amzing experience and a comfortable time while you're there I just want to say thank you all the Bupa care team
Myself and my two kids have been very well looked after here.
