Don't bother. They are called First Choice Dental now - they would be my Last Choice or Never Choice Dental. Rude customer service - I was told I could not have an appointment at all, not even some point in the future, because they had technical issues lasting over a week. I was also told I could leave a voicemail the next day that they would return - left 3 of them, they never returned any of them. I was told if I wanted a dental appointment I should go to A&E or Out of Hours just because this surgery cannot handle their own admin. Get stuffed First Choice Dental and your rubbish staff, I have registered with another dentist AND surprise, surprise, I have an appointment the next day.

Hello, I have had several problems in the past and eventually had root canal. Luckily mine went all OK and I have had no problems since.

Awful experience here. Was told I needed a tooth removed, went back and without x-ray the dentist started to yank the tooth to remove it. Tooth cracked and I was left with half a tooth still in my mouth. Was told I would be referred to have the remaining piece surgically removed. No mention of any after care just sent on my way with blood round my mouth and the promise of a phone call (no idea when). After a week of agony I went to a private dentist who noticed straight away that I had been left with live pulp exposed causing extreme pain. Requested the tooth removed, took him 5 minutes and no surgery required. 3 days later I get a call from Melbourne House saying I need to come in for an x-ray so they can then look at referring me! Why not x-ray me to begin with? Terrible dentist.

My husband went with tooth ache and the dentist said we could try a root canal but it might not work so we will extract it. And I went with a small hole in one tooth and she said it was fine, she didn't even take an xray. A year later and found a new dentist who says the tooth is so bad that I need root canal.
