The app for parking was very slow to download , I drive all over the country I now have 10 different parking apps
I would recommend getting the Southend parking app, it saves you a lot of money.
Reasonably priced car park close to town and easy walking to sea front
Lots of disabled bays which are free as long as you have your blue badge. Close to shops.
It's a car park, lovely experience, you get to find a parking space, you can either drive in or reverse in to your chosen space, once parked you can pay by phone or coins at the machines and if your there on a bank holiday it's no charge
Ideal place to leave the car if in Southend
Convenient for mid high street area, but costs £1.10 per hour to park and the ticket machines need a degree to operate.
Great place to park on Sundays after 5pm, as it's only £1 untill Monday which is perfect for afternoon dinners or cinema. Only draw back is that you have to know how long you're going to spend in Southend as you pay before you start your reason for being there. On a busy day it's one of the best car parks to get in and out from. Overall great location, for everything you need.
If the council wanted to attract shopping then the parking should be free.its not like we are not paying enough on the council tax
