Don't even bother unless you have 2 hours to wait for a free space. Micro parking place. Use - APCOA Civic Centre East Car Park - instead. It will save you lot of the time and your mood as well. It's 2 mins by walk from Council, plenty spaces available.
Several payments options available cash, card or the Council's online Mobon app. Good for accessing the Civic Centre although can get busy.
A great day and was invited to a wedding reception at the registrar office only 4 the guests family to say they had tickets putting on our cars so we don't get a parking ticket but unfortunately because there was five colour car all the same make, he missed out on my car only to return to see a parking fine but they were happy to pay the parking fine as they invited me to come along.
Available spaces are closer to coast all taken. 20 minutes walk to the beach down the high street. £4/4hours.
Great car park. Lots of spaces on Sunday and cheap parking. Quite a way from town, maybe a 15 minute walk, but that was fine for us.

It's a car park. Does its job. Disabled parking and a ramp for wheelchairs.
Always managed to park on top floor. So unsure what the underground situation is like. Can pay by Mobon app which is great.
This good thing about this car park is that it is close to the seafront and there is always plenty of space to park. The toilets there could be less disgusting though.
