Convenient car park for Adventure Island and the Pier. Much cheaper than some of the other public car parks. Toilets here too. Can't comment on the shops as only used the car park!

Great car park and relatively cheapish. Near to the Adventure Island and fountains / beach for the kids, and with two floors of covered car park, which are ideal for the hot days finding shade. Also easy access toilets available which is useful. Can't really comment on the shopping centre though

Cheaper option for parking near the seafront/pier £4.80 for 4 hours vs £10 for 4 hours on the seafront.

Since Debenham store closed it's dead, I just use it to park my car.

A really nice car park. Ample of spaces. Cheaper parking than most places.  Definitely will use again

The parking is limited and expensive and no free disabled spaces! The shops are reasonable for the size of the centre, a good variety of department store, discount stores , clothing and luggage stores as well as health food and chemists. 1 coffee shop but no foodhall, so no choice of eateries it used to have 1 in the basement area but that was a generation ago. Not many seating areas for those of us who need to  rest between shops

Enjoy popping into the Royals to have a look and shop, needs more shops. It's a shame that they got rid of the food court down stairs but that's going back a good few years but still should never got rid of it. Pop in see for yourself.

They had a table for 5 ready at short notice which was good but the atmosphere was strange. Never eaten surrounded by clothing racks before. Len got some of his spaghetti on a silky number but management was understanding. Would recommend but the chowder was overseasoned.

A great variety of shops. Car parking isn't expensive. Covered in from the rain! I usually find anything I'm looking for. Lovely brushed cotton bedding in Debenhams, easily accessible from the car park.

It's ok. The toilets are a bit of a trek but they are clean. A lot of empty units down one side and what there is pretty mundane. Duplicates of a couple of shops that are also in the Victoria plazza such as Boots and Poundland. No real inspiration or drive to boost individuality and something different.
