This is the best place to come if you need any help, advice or disability aids. The staff are so kind, friendly and helpful. They give you all the time you need, no rush. There is also a service/repair workshop which is brilliant.  Thank you to you all, including your lovely delivery man who delivered my new scooter!

I got a lightweight wheelchair it's very light not seen one like this before my friend puts it in the car for me as I have poor balancènshe is 79 we are so pleased with it the shop has all different things you  need to go to the shop to see itt all staff àrd very helpful

I asked for help & received inequality and bigotry because of my gender & natural autistic traits. Not happy nPartnership even went to Police with lies when I emailed I disappointed nnAs leader of Autism United UK  myself, family,friends & members, do not recommend this bigoted .org!

Very helpful staff. My only gripe and this is purely down to my own needs, but being a disability store it would be helpful if when going it to collect items that you need to wait for I would have been glad of a chair.nnUnfortunately able bodied who don't struggle standing wouldn't automatically offer so if one was simply available that would be a huge benefit to someone like myself with hidden disabilities

Set up for people who have poor mobility.  Cafe on site. Classrooms clean and fit for purpose.
