My Mother in Law spent her last years at Arlington House. Her care was excellent, the staff couldn’t do enough for her, and no matter what time of the day we called in we found the home clean and welcoming.nI would recommend Arlington House to anyone looking for care for their loved ones!!
This home gave notice to evicted my mother who had dementia under the excuse they couldn’t meet her needs after two weeks. This was despite all the professionals who assessed her felt they could easily meet her needs and a move would be detrimental to her health. The cqc investigator I spoke to suggested I seek legal advice, however I had no time to do this as they threatened to put her on the street and the council would locate her somewhere, this could be out of the area if nowhere locally was available. This meant had to urgently find somewhere rather than risk that and had no time to engage legal advice. All I can say is my mother died 6 weeks later and the stress of the move for her I fully believe contributed to her unexpected death.
My family and I cannot recommend Arlington House enough. It is run by lovely staff with great facilities. They take great care of my elderly father
Excellent care provided for residents at all times. Friendly and efficient staff.
