Because of the amazing reviews we have decided to give it a go and search for our new house with Redrow and we have not regretted it since!It was and still is an absolutely amazing experience which we wish to every home buyer. From the first moment we felt so welcomed and so taken care of by amazing Lesley and Carol, they were with us throughout the process ready to explain and help with everything we needed. They helped us to choose the house which will suit our family and budget the most and advised us when we were choosing our add on´s, tiles and all and suggested so many useful and practical things which we would have never even think about. Later due to some personal unforeseen circumstances, they worked even harder to make sure we will get our dream house as soon as possible for our little family. It meant a world to us and we couldn't be more thankful. The service and care they provide is EXCEPTIONAL and we will be forever grateful and thankful to them. Prior to the completion,  we had also an amazing experience with Peter in Customer Services who was extremely knowledgeable and patient, helping us to search for things we might want to improve or change so everything is perfect, we were impressed. Also, Paul and Darren from site team worked beyond and above just to make sure that we can reach the completion and the final move in day. We could not recommend this amazing team enough! They are all very friendly, very keen and very caring. We did not feel like customers, we felt like part of the family and it made a huge difference. Thank you for such an amazing experience, thank you for everything!!!

I wanted to comment on the service we received from the Redrow colleague on site 20th May. Even though the site is not suitable for us the colleague was very helpful with regards to other options within the Redrow Group.
