Within a week of buying earrings from here, the butterfly back had come off and gotten lost. I returned to the store to get a replacement back and when showing the attendant (Jade) the earrings to find the matching back, she noticed that the gemstone was also loose in one of the earrings so she immediately gave me a new set to replace the faulty ones - made my day to have such good customer service! Jade was so helpful and pleasant to be served by.

They have a great selection of rings and jewellery but when my fiance and I went in to look at engagement rings, they kept showing me rings twice my budget. I can understand going a little bit out of my budget, but twice isn't ok.
