Visited Fraser Hart today to purchase a watch I've had my eye on for quite a while the Longines Hydroconquest and was stunned by just how amazing and helpful the staff were. Hi , What a fantastic experience we had buying from this store in Glasgows Argyle Arcade. We were looking for a good brand watch for our daughters 21st Birthday. We went into the arcade and after a couple shops in We were greeted by Scott at Fraser Hart. We explained what we were looking for,  he put some watches together on a tray and showed them to my wife and I, we both agreed straight away on one particular watch.  Scott explained the quality and guarantee etc that comes with that brand. My explained we were interested but wanted to look at the other stores before making a decision.  Scott was very polite and made us aware of closing times etc incase we were coming back that day,  we did go to other shops and did see the same watch, infact we seen the same watch with a different contrast that we really liked. But the sales woman was far to abrupt and was only interested in if we were buying!!! This happened on 2 occasions within 20 minutes in different shop's!!! We decided to go back to see Scott,  he did not have the model.instore but said he could order it and notify us when it was there to be viewed and collected. He did exactly as promised, I run a sales facility and was delighted by the professional polite care and attention We were shown!!! In my opinion this Guy is an Asset to your Company and a delight and pleasure to deal with!!! P.s. some of your staff in the other stores could benefit from his Skills.! Put my watch in for a repair and the service Scott kirk provided was excellent. Had the watch repaired and ready for pick up very quickly would highly recommend

Great level of service from Kimberley today. I made a purchase last week for my wife and took a shine to a watch for myself. Kimberley offered her assistance in get right style into stock and reserving for a small hold fee. Came back today and collect. Will be back when it's our next anniversary/birthday. Thanks so much
