Very, very disappointing experience. Failed to meet delivery date for my fiancé's engagement ring. Three times. Everything else was in place - weekend away, her best friend was in on it, nail salon was booked so her hand would look great and many other parts to make this special. Took nearly a full week out of work to organise. Even the wee amateur sellers on Etsy and eBay who played their part delivered flawlessly. You were the only one who let me down. I've never seen my girl cry in over ten years but guess what happens when all you have to give is an empty box? Macintyres ruined her proposal. Throughout ask this only one member of staff thought to apologize. Mr MacIntyre himself didn't think it important enough to step out of his office. You don't just sell metal and stones, you sell the moment every girl dreams about. You made this dream into a nightmare. I feel sorry for the poor guy who was ordering his girls ring when we finally got to collect. He wanted to propose at Christmas and that's only a week away. Hope your not about to make another girl cry.

Didn't have ring sample to fit my finger. Limited choice. Went to Argyle Arcade and bought a gorgeous ring in minutes because it fitted my finger and the staff were very attentive.

Just got a watch bracelet refurbished. The quality of work, price and service were excellent.

We bought our engagement ring from here and the staff were so patient and lovely! Nothing was too much to ask and if you like a style of ring they can basically make you it in any gold with any stone/diamond that you want. All the diamonds are GIA certified which they and other companies said are the highest standard. We went to other shops in Argyll Arcade who couldn't beat the price for exactly the same diamond. We felt it was really good value for money. They do a 10% NHS discount too which saved us even more.

Bought my wife's engagement ring and our wedding rings from here. Absolutely spectacular and all completely certificated. Been over 3 years now since my purchase and still in immaculate condition. Will be back to purchase again at some point no doubt.
