Super service from George, highly recommended! He was an absolute gentleman and his knowledge was excellent. He has such a lovely manner and not forceful at all. George is a real credit to ROX. He did everything he could to help us buy the watch we wanted and went out of his way to accommodate us! Superb service from George!

Excellent service from this beautiful Jewlers. I went into this place clueless what enagement ring to get for my now fiancee. They took me up the stairs to the nice sitting area and spent ages bringing me out different types of rings off of my rough guess of what she would like. Shirrin the girl who dealt with me was so pleasant and helpful and she made it much easier for me. the ring had to be resized when my fiancee went back to collect the ring after getting resized they treated her so nice bringing her up stairs offering her champagne and gave her another lovely box to store the ring. They also cleaned the ring again for us they showed her the same magical experience that i received Many thanks will be back for our wed rings :)

Visited your store last week and purchased a Bell & Ross watch, I was assisted by Sharon with my purchase. I'm a bit of a watch nut and have purchased watches from various jewellers around the world, I have to say that this was the most attentive and pleasurable experience I have ever had with any purchase. Sharon is a huge asset to your business and is probably the biggest gem ( pardon the pun ) in your Argyll Arcade store. I would not have a moments hesitation in recommending your establishment. I was greeted with a warm welcome on my visit and was highly informed of the details when I sourced and asked to see the ring I chose. Marco, who helped me was very informative and professional. Upon collecting my ring, Ross was very chatty and friendly also and explained the details regarding insurance etc. The store had an all round good feeling factor to it.
